Dermify serum RejuVen 8 I subscribed for trial offer recd defective bottle after 13 days my acct was charged 89.31 I called to speak with customer service. requesting refund and I was told I missed the date to cancel to be eligible for a full refund then I was offered 50%discount on future orders I told them I wasn't interested and wanted to speak to a supervisor . I was then told that they couldn't offer me any better solutions and I was hung up on,a very rude and poor way to do busines. Nationwide

I ordered their product in March. there was no info about return policy time frame. I didn't like the product. It was past the 14 day trial time. I called and got a return authorization number. Sent the product back. Waited a few weeks before calling.When I did they said they hadn't received it back in their warehouse. My tracking number showed that they had. That was on May 1.I was on the phone with their customer service people (6 of them)All refused to issue my refund. I'm out $176. They would not let me speak with a supervisor or give me a name or number of their company.

Ordered a skin cream online with the caveat that we were only paying for shipping and handling. Never received the cream, then received a charge of $89 for the "subscription service" we signed up for, hidden deep in the terms and conditions. Called to cancel subscription and receive refund for product that was never delivered. Told that we wouldn't receive a refund because we didn't call within 14 days of the order and was promptly hung up on. No e-mail confirmation of cancellation, was told that could only be given verbally.

The produce is moderate to poor. It is very watery with little mosture and no visable improvement to back their claims. I mixed natural shea butter and mango butter and got much better results. My complaint is with their customer service department. Their people were rude and when requesting to speak to management, first they refuse and then they hang up on you. I had not cussed or yelled, yet they had told me I was being nasty because I had requested they stop speaking over me. I was denied management or a corprate number to call as I was told the managers were to busy, even when I affered to wait. Terrible service...violate your ability to complain on their service. It seems a violation of consumer rights to me. Pissed off customer......

Website is very deceptive. It does not indicate on any of the ordering pages what the trial offer is. It seems to indicate you pay $5.99 for shipping and get a trial size product. 10 days later I have an $89 charge on my account. Seems the trial offer is if youdon't send product back in 10 days you are charged for the price of a monthly order and that you are now enrolled in automatic delivery. I called to cancel. I was told Ididn't want tocancel and they would offer me 30% off lifetime membership, then 50% off lifetime membership. When I insisted that I did not want the membership and did not want any products shipped or charged I was told it would be $19 charge to cancel. Horrible company. Evidently you were supposed to find out by opening up the Terms and Conditions located using small font printed at the bottom of the website.
