Facebook fraud. Rejuvalux offered $4.95 trial. Then charged credit card 4 times in the amount of $88.95 over 2 month period with repeated attempts to cancel. I received multiple jars of face cream within weeks of each other. When speaking with customer service instead of refund they were trying to get me to accept a rewards gift card that valued up to $500. I asked how much would the rewards card have on it. Again she answered up to $500. I said no. You cant tell me how much. She said ok it would be betweem $300-$400 and it could be used at several stores. I again said no I want a refund and she said but that will take months.

No where did the free trial say that they would deduct $88.95 on 4 occasions for 3 jars of face cream that I did not order and tried several times to cancel.

This is a fraudulent company that also used several names on all their packaging. Rejuvalux rx, Green Goblin Media, Healthy Rewards, Sexy Skin, Garciniaslim, and 8442770050original.

I called when I noticed I was charged twice for 4.95 and asked for a refund and they were glad to do it but I never received my refund. I called when I noticed a charge of 88.95 to my account and spoke with David Thomas to which his English was very broken and I could barely understand him, I asked for another refund and he told me he could it but it would 10-14 days and that I would receive an email and a call from a supervisor in 24-48 hours, I asked him why a supervisor would call me to discuss this matter and that the refund should be granted and done on the computer immediately? I also told him that I've never heard such a thing. after minutes of going back and forth I finally asked to speak to someone in charge and he said there was no supervisor or manager there. I asked for his supervisors name and he told me it was Josh Fernandez, I also asked where they were located and he told me savanah georgia I then asked for an address and he told me that he couldn't give me that information I asked why and he said he couldn't give the corporations address out, sounds phony and like a scam to me. people should be warned and asked to NOT buy these products. What is going to happen now and can this kind of thing be stopped?

I ordered rejuvalux skin cream and was charged 4.95 twice. I asked for a refund, which I have not recieved. A week later I was charged another 88.95, which I did not authorize, and asked for another refund. I called and in speaking with a gentlemen who claimed to be David Thomas, his English was broken and I could barely understand him. I asked why I was being charged for an additional 88.95 and he said that it was a subscription. I said I never saw anything about a subscription in the terms of this aggreement . He told me my refund would take 10-14 business days and that I would receive an email and a phone call from a supervisor within 24-48 hours. I've never heard such a thing, I asked for an address and he couldn't and wouldn't provide me with one I asked for his supervisors name and said it was Josh Fernamdez. I asked to speak with someone in charge and he said there was no one there. I don't believe them and believe that this is a scam and people are being ripped off.

An advertisement on the right hand column of a web page I was looking at claimed remarkable results from a face cream which would be offered for a free trial. I only needed to pay shipping, which I assumed was the gimmick, since the $4.95 shipping was high for a tiny bottle. I put in the online order on August 18th 2015. On September 12th I checked my bank statement. I had not recieved the lotion and there were four charges on my bank account. The first was for the agreed $4.95. One week later another charge for $4.95 and then a week later a charge for $88.95 and then two days later another charge for $88.95. They all had different business names, but they all had the same bank number listed in Florida.

They all had different phone numbers, so I started calling the numbers listed on my bank statement. Two were disconected numbers, one was a recording to go to www.esupport911.net, which did not exist. The fourth number was answered by a man who had my order record and he told me I had ordered a subscription, which I had not. I went into my browser history, for they had never sent an email confirmation, and found the entire ad and site I had ordered from and there was no mention of subscription and no mention of $88.95 anywhere on the ad or order form, not even in small print.

I told him it was an unauthorized charge and it needed to be returned immediately. He said he would refund the charges in 14 days. I said that was not exceptable and so then he said he would not refund my money. I asked his name which he replied Eric Thompson (he could barely speak English, so that name seems unlikely) I asked the address of his company and he told me Peoria, Georgia, which does not exist. The ad was for Rejuvalux RX, but it looks like this company or individual claims to sell many unrelated products. People should be warned to not order from this site and the guy needs to be caught.

Rejuvalux RX Green Clover Media, Prodiet Pill, Newskin Beauty, Haircandy, White Kidney Bean, esupport911.net This company, or individual, charged my debit card for items which I did not purchase. I noticed the charges on my bank statement. They had an online ad for a free trial of lotion. I ordered the trial for $4.95 shipping. I did not receive the product after one month and when I checked by bank statement noticed that there were 4 charges, two for 4.95 and two for $88.95, each taken out one week after the other.

I purchased a pay for shipment only beauty product for $4.95, of which I received. Within 2 days my credit card was not only hit once but twice for $4.95. My order confirmation was for only one shipment. The email provided was invalid, aswell as the phone number. Within 30 days my credit card was hit two more times, this time for $88.95 each, again several days apart. When I inquired with my credit card company, they provided two completely different phone numbers. I called those only to receive vague voicemails. I eventually was able to get a human the following day. The conversation was not helpful. They refused to refund any part despite my efforts to direct them to my order confirmation and what it said. They also refused to acknowledge any possibility their information was invalid.

Removal rx

Same story for me! Ordered the $4.95 trial the beginning of July and just received my August credit card statement with a $88.95 charge from MKmyday. Credit card company said there was nothing they could do as I agreed to a subscription. I DID NOT agree to a subscription!!!! There was absolutly no mention of that or cancelling within 14 days. This sales fraud goes under several names and sells numerous products all with the same deceptive practices.

Rejuvalux

Ditto to every comment above. I got taken by $4.95 - two ,and two charges of $88.95. Total of $198.60 ft or a $4.95 trial offer. If it's to good to be true, it probably is. How they get away with it do not get it!

Taken

I too am a victim of this MKmyday. I received the product and was charged $88.95 without my knowledge or consent; got the info when I asked the bank about the charge; I called the company several times over the past three months, and always speak with "the manager, Alex", who has an Indian accent. He kept telling me to wait 14 business days, and my money would be refunded; it was not. Then the story was that there was a problem refunding to my account, so a paper check would come in 14 business days. Thinking I would get "more flies with honey", I was polite and patient, and "Alex" thanked me for this, but after waiting again and calling, now the number is "temporarily out of order." I am livid! I will be doing all I can to get a refund, including calling police, better business bureau, consumer reports, whoever it takes!!! Good luck to me, right??

They advertize product for 4.95 aftr getting product they keep adding money on your card. If you call ther number it says leave a message and they never call you back. Abd the product does nothing for the skin. This is a scam website. Beware do not order this product.

The creme is pleasant and so the serum, but they do nothing any other creme would do.

Complete scam. I will try to report it to our state Atty Genl Office, but more concerned at the moment that they may keep billing me and refusing to take off the phony charges and this will affect my credit if I don't continue to pay. I also was billed supposed mailing charges twice but both products came in same package.I have not received more product. When called, They claimed the product was not free if you didn't call them before the 14 days passed, so the sample was not free.

report them

I too had the same situation. ALL of US need to report them to consumer agency. This needs to be stopped.

Never got product, only a charge!

Forget the ordering process. One gets charged and receive nothing! Web site for complaints, non-existence.
