Doctor Berger performed a acid peel on my face which left me disfigured with severe burns and scars all over my face. Initially the staff attempted to bill me for this peel with a discount. I explained to the staff that I should not have to pay for the cosmolan peel because the scars and burns on my face was a result of the acid peel which Doctor Berger perfomed on me.
Moments later the staff member returned and informed me that the cosmolan peel would be complimentary. The cosmolan peel did fade some the scars and burns, but I am still left with large scars all over my face. I have been requesting from the staff and Doctor Berger at Rejuvalife Vitality Institue to please fix the scars on my face, but they refuse to do so. As a result of Doctor Berger's incompetence, I have had to live with horrific scars all over my face for over one year. Beware of this business!
