My company found him multiple houses they we had under contract . We had agreements for one house that he would pay a assignment fee of 25k for 1 and the other a assignment fee of 15k . When both deals were supposed to close he said that his buyers backed out and no longer wanted the deals . During the time he was bulls******* me about wanting to cancel . He went direct to the listing agent and wrote a offer on both deals for 5 k more and I lost both deals including a 4k deposit . I am going to be filing. A complaint and suing him and his company . This is a very bad guy and cost we over 40k which I give half of my profits to the wounded warrior project !
There is a wholesaler in the greater Sacramento area named Larry Folkerts . His scam is as such ! He post adds and finds other real estate investors stating that he needs two rehab deals a month . I had two deals that I was assigning to him where I was making 25k on one and 15k on the other . His game is to tell you that he wants them and he will sign the paperwork . Once you get close to closing the deal . He will tell you that his buyer backed out . In the mean time he puts a back up offer in with the listing agent and he lets your deal cancel . I enrolled in the REI WebTools for real estate wholesaling I was told to go and find buyers and sellers on craigslist which I did when I found people that were ready to be put under contract I was told by my coach to walk away , that I didn’t know what I was doing and go back and read property acquisitions they would not help me complete any deals And I gathered up all those buyers and sellers and deals for their personal use you are even encouraged to start your own company with even more people gathering information for their personal use .
you have to split every deal with them 50% and they have to tell you everything to say and do before they help you , you literally are not allowed to have any mind of your own They charge $1000 to start which you are not supposed to pay until you secure your first deal which will take you forever since they prolong it ,and then you pay $100 a month which they’re going to make sure they get that from you as long as they can This could’ve really been a good program but through greed and fraudulent practices it should be stopped please beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The company of REI webTools said that I would be hleped to make profit on Real Estae Investment deals and they did not do that. I was expecting to helped with sservices to help me and did not receive the help and was flse advertisement. They took advantgae of me and now , I have been stuck with a charge and might have to go bankrupt. I woudl not have invested in the business , if I thoguht that I had to do advertising on craig list and craiglist shut down the advertising to brin g in other investors. They take the money and they dont help you, they jsut tell you to advertise on craiglist and then they wil lshut your advertising down and becasue it is a redflag for fraud.! I need my money back bad. This rleated company is so scandalous.
