The program I discovered was downloaded to my computer. So, not a physical item I might be able to return. Upon realising what I had done, I contacted the only contact I could find on the site whom happens to be a Dave Nelson: the guide to the program. Since we have had back and forth dialoque for months. With me asking for a refund and He...Dave...refusing the refund. The program I have discovered has a 60 day money back guarantee for any reason. Stating that you will recieve a refund if not happy or satisfied with the program. I explained this is what I read to Dave and he persitantly tells me my reason is not good enough. I laugh, as he trys to tell me that my reason must be excepted by him first. Even after stating the 60 day money back thing. I am exhausted by this process I have been going through with Dave. He is not a positive minded individual and should not be guiding a program of healing. He doen not want to settle conflict but instead stirs the pot. He is not true to his word. I advise anyone intrested in this sort of program NOT to by from Reiki Infinate Healer otherwise known through Horizon LLC or Dave Neslon. It is the worst I have ever delt with.*

This is to warn others of Dabe Nelson of the Reiki Infanite Healer program. Otherwise also known as Horizon LLC. I have been emailing Dave for sometime now trying to recieve a refund. Dave refuses to offer the full refund, despite the 60 day money back guarentee that is stated on the program. For any reason it says...if you are not satisfied or happy...etc...

Dave has actually been the worst person in the world to deal with and should not be practicing as a healer. His energy level is quite negative and he has caused and seems to enjoy causing confilict amongts others. No resove at all.

I am exhausted by dealing with him and would advise others to stay away from purchasing the program. No good can come from such negative energy.

I would like my refund. As a handicap individual, I need it. I have told Dave Nelson this. He has not cared. What does this say of a individual whom claims to be a healer? Be caustious of Dave Nelson. He is a fraud.

There is no Dave

I have news for you all...Dave Nelson is an alias or "pen name!" I know the real person and it's not the fake you are all dealing with. Dave Nelson is not a real person and the photo on the website is a purchased photo. Not a real person, not a real Reiki master. Barley knows what Reiki is and how it works.

Reiki Infinite Healer charged me $47 for a digital Reiki course that I did not order. I deleted the email and informed them the same day that I did not order and could they please refund. Received replies stating that I must have ordered on purpose and they would not refund my money even thought I will never use their "product". Their website states "60 day 100% Money Back guarantee. They do not stand behind their own promises. The owner Dave Nelson was rude and is very uncooperative almost to the point of threatening.

Scam

I had almost the same experience! The owner is extremely rude. He is refusing to refund my money, even though I emailed him immediately after the charge went through. Unfortunately, this guy is a crook.

Reiki Marketers are not in it for love.

Sorry, you had a bad experience with Dave Nelson, Just another Reiki Marketer.

My name is John Campbell and I developed the first Reiki Self Attuning formula.

I am not going to charge you $47 to learn Reiki. I am so fed up with these Reiki

Marketers, You can learn all levels of Reiki for FREE from the actual guy who created it.

This includes the manual, Videos on how Reiki Actually works on the physical body and teaching sheets.

You will learn more from watching my videos than you will ever learn from Reiki classes or marketers.

I admit these guys are brilliant marketers. unfortunately, may all be about the money.

Just taking a great self-learning experience and turning it into a cash cow.

I tried to order his course and got an error, so ordered again and got the same error. Checked my email and my bank and found I was charged twice and got a link to download the course twice. When I tried to download the course, I was taken to a sales page, asking me to upgrade. I chose No Thanks, and received the same error message as when I tried to order. Not only do you get charged twice for the course, but you do not receive the course. As for all the EXTRAS, he does not even ask for an address to send them to. Total scam.

Charged twice

The same thing happened to me. I ordered the $47 course and my card was charged twice. I’ve emailed him 5 times requesting a refund of the duplicate charge and no response. I sent a message to the Facebook page and he replied there that the charge was correct and refused to refund me. He is extremely rude and in no way try’s to help you. This is a total scam!!!

I am an old woman who is still interested in furthering my education and improving myself. I came across tis website and was intrigued enough, to purchase some material. My daughter handles my finances, including checking all of my accounts and paying my bills. When she asked me what the charge for $47.00 to a Horizon Elixir was for, I did not recall that name, so she opened a case with PayPal. When it became clear that the charge was actually to Reiki Infine Healer, I told her I had clicked on that and purchased. She looked at the material, said it was ll worthless stuff, but closed the case with PayPal anyway since I assured her, I could at least try it and if it did not work, I could get my money back within 60 days. Good luck, she said. Well, unfortunately, nothing worked for me and I did want my money back. No such luck. Dave Nelson got back to me (after my second attempt - he ignored my first request) and wrote that this had already been disputed and it was out of his hands. Obviously, he has no intention to refund my money (or anybody elses, I am sure). Now I am also convinced that this is a total scam.

Fake

I just ordered a few days ago and I never received an email with log in info. I sent an email and got no response after a few days some medical issues have come up so I email for a refund again no response. If I don’t get a refund I will get a lawyer and notify BBB. I will spread the word that this program is a scam all over social media. Everyone should do the same.

ME TOOO !!!

I just purchased this about a week ago.

The ad makes you THINK your getting physical copies of CDs, manuals and even double sided flash cards.

Then I begin to get courses via email. I posted on hos Facebook ad asking how long it takes to get my package and he responded its an online course !!!!!

Well, you have these photos of a beautiful kit !!! I guess he wants you to pay the 125.00 to upgrade to get physical items, but the site doesnt ASK you that until after you have paid your 47 bucks !!!!

I just sent him an email asking for a refund................ lets see what happens !!!

PUT IN A CRIMINAL COMPLAINT AND INTERNET FRAUD CLAIM

Filed a criminal complaint and claim with the internet fraud division. They will be contacting me this week for more details. This is a COMPLETE SCAM. NO COURSE NO REFUND just a scam artist sending recycled newsletters and frauding people out of hundreds. His emails alone are a joke as he talks like an angry teenager refusing refunds because the reason is not good enough. Biggest joke ever. If we all REPORT HIM he will soon be behind bars before he can scam others.

Criminal

This company is a complete scam. $47 was the only authorized transaction for the course. They took out an additional $147 then another $247 totaling $441! Criminals always get caught. Whatever you do, don't believe the FAKE "good" reviews. It's a bunch of bullshit!

It's $47, not $470!

I ordered, downloaded it, and I am currently reading thru it. So far, so good. It's $47....if u actually read thru it, the positivity alone is worth it! Also, maybe people should try using a prepaid card for purchases like these that way you can't be taken for more than you authorize.....just a thought.

FRAUD

I have been arguing with Dave for a month to refund my money. He told me if I file a dispute I will lose. He states he has sent me info several times to which he says was probably a different email. I told him I use 2 emails and neither of which do I have them.

I will be filing a dispute with my bank and I am contacting the FTC. I suggest you do the same to shut this guy down.

Not sure what the problems are

I’m sure most people reading this will believe it to be a fake review but I assure you, it’s not.

This program was recommended to me by a colleague who is well into the study. I got on the website and looked it over, deciding that it would be a good addition to my practice. Because I was unfamiliar with the course, I bought the basic $47 and it included a lot of free materials. I chose none of the upgrades and I was only charged $47. My program and free additions all arrived to my email and everything was downloaded onto my tablet, giving me easy access. I’ve had absolutely no issues and am enjoying the course.

Wont answer my questions then banned me from FB page

I was very interested in David's program but read some reviews about people getting scammed so I'm IMed him asking him if those issue were resolved, no answer. So I posted on one of the links if the payment issues were resolved, no answer. Couple hours later I wrote '???' To get his attention, nothing. I saw another link without my comment so I wrote asking why he wont answer my question. Next thing I know my comment is deleted and I'm banned from the page.

Very disappointed!!

I was refunded no problem

I gave to admit these reviews scared me and prompted me to ask for a refund. The product I bought for 47$ was digital, I thought it would be mailed products. My bad, as I did not take the time to read the entire thing on the site.

I can't say about the quality of contents the product as I did not use any of it when I asked for a refund. Seller was very polite and it took only 4 days to be refunded via paypal (I oaid via Paypal).

I have nothing bad to say as far as my experience was.

Bullshit

Give me a break. A $47 course costed me$441 today. Two unauthorized transactions. It's criminal. Clearly you are a friend coming to his defense.

I love it!

I am taking the course, I received everything, however yes I saw the photo of books and thought I would receive physical materials, but nonetheless, I have all my materials for my certification courses on my phone and my iPad. (That's just convenient these days) I am pleased with the online course. I am not this companies friend, nor do I know anything about them, but that what I received was a lot of great healing information. I wanted these physical certificates the most. It has increased my sense of peace and well-being. I agree the responses were a little generic, but it was expected. Consider the times were are living in. I appreciate the ability to complete this course in my own time. I do feel a little silly, about the cost, and about the unknowns, but I will use my energy to create a positive result from the out come, and rely on the Reiki principles taught to me in the course. Just for today... Be well everyone.

Overcharged

I bought the $47 product but was charged $68 for some reason . Then I clicked to find out about the upgrade but didn't go further to agree to this transaction and cancelled out of it but ended up getting charged another 213.00 for some reason, don't even know what that was for as the upgrade was meant to be $147 if I did agree. Called my back straight away and will put in a dispute but who knows if more will get charged. Put a stop on your cards..I did receive the emails for access but will not access until this is resolved...
