Buyer beware!! I recently ordered a free Ebook from reisecrets.com. I never read anything about a free trial membership for $ 97. I never got an email with a download link for the ebook. Sent three emails till I got an answer. They will not refund my money, saying they sent me three emails with the clear description, that after the trial ends, I have to pay a membership fee. I did never get thess emails. I got one "welcome email" which I did not open, because I did not know where it came from and I do not open emails from unknown people. I explained everything but they do not listen. No ebook and a membership I never wanted. I think this is fraud!

Ather purchasing I went through the material and I found the methods taught to be very ineffective. On the sales video there is an ironclad 30 day on questions asked 100% money back guarantee. So when I asked for my money back I was told that they do not give money back on digital products. They pointed out on the sign up sheet that there is a fine prints that says no refunds on digital products. I looked back at the sign up form that I used and there was no fine print about no refund. I emailed them back this link: https://goo.gl/o5Rxze

They basically do NOT honor their guarantee and when you ask for a refund they point to some BS fine print that doesn't exist. If they are going to great lengths like this to keep your money for a $97 course I can't imagine what they would do for a more expensive course. Also I heard that he charges you $97 per month for REImatcher.com even though most peolpe never authorized this charge.

Bewarn and beware of Stacy Ekllams and REIsecrets.com, this company does not do as promised and their guarantee means nothing.

I saw a book written by Stacy Kellams called Probate Possibilites which I'm interested in as a Real Estate Investor and all that was required to obtain the book was to pay the shipping and handling charge of $5.95.

Several days later, while looking at my online banking account, I noticed an unknown/new charge for $97 and after investigating the charge with my bank, it was determined it came from REI Secrets.com, the same company associated with the book written by Stacy Kellams and his publishing company, Netcentric Publishing LTD.

I then contacted the Support group and use "Support" sparingly, I was then told that emails had been sent and on the original order for the book that there was a note that anyone ordering the book would be automaticaslly enrolled into the REI Secrets program.

I later found the emails all in my Junk Folder, and not knowing who or what REI Secrets was and how it related to a book purchase, the emails were deleted. According to theur Support Group, once something is charged to your account, even for a minute, there's absolutely "NO REFUNDS" and after numerous emails, they still refuse to offer any type of refund.

Bought the Meter Drop Method of real estate investing with Stacy Kellams as I viewed his webinar, thought it would help me. In the webinar he either stated flatly that there was a 30 day guarantee and that money would be returned in 2 days or alluded to such a guarantee. In addition, Stacy (REIsecrets) included me in a program with another company without my permission called REIMatcher which I would assume is associated with his firm. It had a money back guarantee for 45 days or they will hit my credit card for $97 per month.

Requested money back from the Meter Drop program and REIMatcher within time and his girl in support stated I was not in that program and not eligible to receive a refund. I sent a copy of the Email from Stacy Kellams welcoming me into the Meter Drop Method program. She then said the Meter Drop Method program was not a refundable program and that I would have to contact REIMatcher directly to cancel as that was not their program, even though they put me in the program.

All in all, a very frustrating experience as I really wanted that program to work and due to very close family death could not spend the necessary time to see if it would do so. In good faith I spent money that was hard to come by as I am a working senior citizen on a very limited budget. Be aware of Stacy Kellams and his self-proclaimed exertion of being a Real Estate "expert". He and his support team (in particular, a girl by the name of Alexandra Kogen-Van de Ven of REI Secrets) appear to be experts, I just question in what area.

Stacy Kellams,

You and your company, REISecrets, took money out of my account without my authorization.

I only authorized a $1 withdrawal from my account for your e-book and I received a $1 receipt.

Instead, your company withdrew $97!

You had also offered a free 7 trial subsription to your program which I did not accept.

Six (6) days after my $1 order, I received an email warning me that you would be withdrawing

a $97 membership fee the next day. I immediately responded stating I did not order your

program and not to withdraw anything from my account the next day. I then checked my

account to find that 3 days after I placed my order for your $1 e-book, you had withdrawn $97.

I have tried emailing you at both [email protected] and [email protected] but received no

explanation. The only response I get is what appears to be a computer generated response directing

me to "click the link below to create a password and login". When calling your customer service phone

number, I get a message that says, "this number cannot be reached as dialed".

If I were to assume your computer had some glitch or your staff made an error, I would expect

some response to my emails and restitution made or at least some sort of explanation to my complaints.

Your lack of any sort of human response leads me to assume you have simply set up a system to

scam people. I will, therefore, be making complaints to authorities, as per the Fair Billing Credit Act

to reseach you and your company for your, what appears to be, fraudulent actions.

Non-delivery of goods, no indication of future billing, and denied a refund.

Looking up the "business" (NETCENTRIC PUBLISHING, LTD.) on the Texas Comptroller, the business is listed as FRANCHISE TAX INVOLUNTARILY ENDED, yet they are still doing business under this name.

I never received any indication (on order page) that a future amount would be billed. I didn't even know I was getting another product. I thought I paid $1 for an ebook, and that was it. I didn't know I was signing up for ANOTHER program (bait and switch) that would be billed later.

No big deal, except the receipt I received never indicated a future billing:

Rei Secrets offered a free book. The book was terrible, no content and very juvenile. They then billed me 97.00 for nothing. They claim it was stated in the webinar or I guess in fine print -- for membership fees.

Over 800 people have complained about this compnay on this site alone. This means there must be thousands more that did not complain on this one site.

I have contacted the company for a refund several times. They state that they do not give refunds (for something I did not even know I was buying) for previous purchases. Aren't all purchases previous?

They have ripped off others for many thousands of dollars yet they still operate somehow. I am told they also do not let you unscubscribe so they you can be forever reminded of this terrible, unethical company!

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER!

THE ONLY SECRET YOU WILL LEARN FROM REISECRETS IS THEM CHARGING YOUR CREDIT CARD EVERY MONTH FOR UNAUTHORIZED GARBAGE

I bought a book from this company, REI Secrets, re: buying and selling property. The book was $5.95 and I paid for it by using a credit card. I think this was promoted as a free book, if you just paid for shipping and handling. On the site, Mr. Kellams tries to "upsell" you for other, more expensive services, to which I responded by saying "no" to all of them. The next month, my credit card was charged $97. I called his phone number, which, surprisingly was a recording saying he was Stacy Kellams, and to leave a message, which he says he will return. That was 4 months ago and he has not returned my call. I'm guessing that he's a punk kid and is a one person business.

I had my credit card company remove the charge, but he has done the same thing for the next 3 months, or, a total of 4 straight months. I have talked to the security people at Chase Card Services, my credit card company, and they have told me that they can set up my account, so that anything that REI Secrets tries to charge me, will not be accepted. I just checked my account, and there they are again, in a "pending" file, which is to be posted shorty. There are others on the internet that have the same/similar experience with this little punk and I am ready to file a complaint in Small Claims Court on this Junior. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH REI SECRETS, AND/OR STACY KELLAMS. I think he is a male, despite the female first name, but these days, who can be sure?

DO NOT order any products or services from this company. For example, if you order an e-book for $5.95 you will have the option to refuse any other offers. They are really wanting your credit card info so they can charge you the $97/month membership fee. Even if you hit the "no thanks" box in the order process (for the membership), they will ignore it and charge you the $97 anyway. Then they will refuse to reverse the charge.

When I disputed it, they claimed they sent me 10 emails telling me about the charge before the charge hit my credit card and that a cust. service rep talked to me on the phone about the charge. They wouldn't and couldn't provide any evidence of that because it NEVER happened. I always save any email correspondence from the company I order things from and no emails from them existed. My cell always has a log that I can reference any incoming calls...they would't provide me with the number they called me from, but I had NO calls come in from Texas (where they're located). They are a lying bunch of scammers that you should avoid at all costs!
