Regnal media called me offering to advertise my services on the kiosks where people pay with their credit cards from the table at a popular local restaurant. Also tried to get me to sign up for another restaurant in town as well as one in a different town.... I have emails saying the kiosks were shipped and should be in the restaurant. And it has never happened. They've charged me a monthly amount as well as a large purchase price. No replies to my emails and no one is answering my phone calls. I purchased this back in late summer of 2017.

Awful experience

I truly felt like I was scammed.

No follow up, no advertisement and no refund. I had horrible customer service. Craig and Jacinto were who I dealt with. So terrible this company still exists.

Ugh....how I wish I had gone to this site first! Got a call from Craig Atkins in January 2017 to do some advertising on tablets that were going in at a local restaurant. Thought I was doing my due diligence when I called the restaurant and got confirmation that they were in fact doing this. Fast forward to 1 year later and I am still trying to get my money refunded. Big suprise but no tablets were delivered and no advertising was done. I have called so many times I can't even count and now their phone goes to some automated scam offering "free gifts" of shopping cards, vacations etc. Once time I was told my refund went out in the mail, but alas! no refund. I am so disheartened that folks can outwardly be so dishonest. So So Disgusted!!!! Do NOT believe a word these folks tell you!!!!

Paid for advertising on tablets that were to be placed in a local restaurant, and then upgraded to a larger ad for even more money. Was told they'd ship in July. In September I contacted them because I wasn't seeing any traffic and was told they hadn't sold enough spaces to complete the project and would issue me a refund, with a check to be sent in 4-5 days. In October I called because I had not received a check and mysteriously it had been cut but never mailed. I was promised it was being mailed that day. A week later I called and Craig swore it had gone out the previous week. Another week later and still nothing. He told me it would go out the next morning by Priority Mail. Two days later it was sent by regular mail, but I at least received a check... for 90% of what I'd paid them. I called and Craig acted confused and told me he'd make sure they sent a check for the difference. Two weeks later, no check.. but they emailed to ask me to update my negative reviews. When I said I was still waiting for the balance he told me "oh, that's an artwork fee. You own the artwork and can use it elsewhere." Nowhere in our discussion of this project was any portion of the payment attributed to an artwork "fee" for their in-house artists. I have no use for that art, and did most of the work myself in the first place. Instead of an update to the reviews and BBB complaint that was filed, they've now received 2 more 1-star reviews on different rating sites and this complaint. I still want my $85 back.

On October 18,2016 I was contacted by a sales person, Jacinto, who convinced me to pay a rather substantial amount to place advertising on tablets supplied by Regnal to a local restaurant. Then there was a follow up call a few days later stating they would double the duration of advertising time to 2 years and add another restaurant for another somewhat smaller fee.

It came to my attention that the original restaurant to have the tablets at every table was under a full renovation and will be for at least six more months and the second restaurant has no tablets. I have called the company and was forwarded to the sales person who originally had made contact with me and got voice mail.

I wil be following up with my credit card company, Better Business Bureau and anyone else that can help.
