On November 1st, 2015 I was browsing Facebook when I came across the ad for Regenere Anti-Aging serum. It offered the product free with just a S&H charge so I figured, "Why not?" So I ordered there product and got it a week later. When I opened the box I saw the invoice in which I was charged S&H and that was it. It had directions on how to use the product and so on and so forth, but that was it. Okay, so I checked my bank account today and find it has been charged over $150.00 for the products that I only agreed to pay S&H for. Fortunately I found the phone number on this website right here and called them. Just like the report I read on here they had me signed up for there program. I told them to get me out and take me off any list they had me on! I am so happy I found this report or it could have cost me a lot more!

THIS STUFF STINKS

This company ropes you in with a free trial for shipping cost only then if you do not return it after 14 days, they charge you the full price of $89.92. This is false advertising and I have reported this company already for it. Don't be fooled by FREE TRIALS.

I had originally ordered a trial of the product not realizing that I was being roped into a monthly subscription, I was billed for the first month from two different "companies" one charge for 89.95 and another for 84.95 about two weeks ago and have not recieved any product. When I tried to email them the email came back as falilure to deliver. I just want to cancel future billings and recieve the product already paid for.

Return Info. for Regenere

I did the same thing! They told me I only had to pay for shipping but supposedly the small print says you have 14 days to send it back if you don't like it or they will charge you $89.92 for it!! I have a couple of phone number to call and an address to return the product but you need a return authorization number to return it. Here are the phone numbers: 888-976-5919; 877-252-5058; 844-821-5727; 866-567-1298. The address is: Attn: Regenere Returns, 3708 South Alton Way #2A, Centennial CO 80112.

I order the free "trial version" of the Regenere Skin Cream product (https://regenereskin.com/) for my wife, and was only supposed to have to pay for the shipping cost!!! However, they charged me for the shipping, and then two more charges under two different company names - Youthful Face for $89.82, and one day later, Newaunce for $84.94. Also, they will automatically set you up for their auto purchase program to continue charging you for the product.

An order of free Regenere Cream is offered and you pay shipping. A few days later my credit card is charged $89.95. I saw nothing on free offer stating that this charge would be automatic. My bank considered this to be fraud.

On Mar 31, 2018 I ordered a free sample wrinkle remover cream plus a shipping charge of $4.99. I also order a discounted second product for $4.95.

When I viewed my credit card statement, there was yet another charge in the amount of $24.99. I thought, well, wife is recovering from surgery - spoil her and just pay the total thing. On April 14, there was yet another charge for $89.92.

I called the company (after doing a lot of googling to get the number) and spoke with a Macey. After 10 minutes of haggling about a reduced price and finally getting rude with her was when she gave me the address to return the items. This was a Saturday so on Monday I once again looked online at their site...sure enough. A different address so I called again. Was told the address in Orlando was the correct address as I was dealing with a contract company who worked for several different companies in that area. So, on Monday, April 16, I mailed the package.

On April 21st, I went to the USPS.COM website to track my package where I was advised the addressee could not be located. On Tuesday, April 24th, I found some unexplainable garbage on the USPS website so again called the Regenere representatives in or near Orlando. I was given the sales pitch all over again and argued with this lady on the phone before I finally asked for a supervisor who's name was Ashley and sounded like the first person I had spoken with.

Ashley claimed to be the floor supervisor and again asked my name and zip code, etc. She found my returned package (to my great surprise), and said she could issue a refund. I asked if this refund covered the 3 charges on March 31st AND on April 14th. Her reply was that, yes; however, there was a restocking fee. Turns out that I was initially billed $34.85 on March 31 for the 3 products as the original "free" product was for a free trial and after two weeks that "free" turned into the $89.92 charge on April 14th totalling $124.85. After their "restocking fees" I was refunded $79.97 constituting a $44.88 loss on products we didn't even open. But, that loss was well worth it for all the aggravation these "artists" put me through. I'm happy to have at least gotten something back. Somebody there is going to have to pay up with Someone above some day. I doubt it'll be a pretty sight.

For anyone interested in buying their products, be sure to read the very fine print...use a magnifying glass as my 24" monitor wasn't big enough. If you find you don't like the product, make sure to contact the company within the 14 days from your order date. I don't know if that will help or not as far as the $89.92 charge is concerned. I feel like I got "took" trying to purchase a product that had good reviews (trueful? I don't know). Lesson learned: Don't buy something for your spouse unless it's a refill or something she specifically asked for. Only two things can happen: She won't like it or your going to get burned by the seller. In my case, she didn't get to try it, and I got "burned" for $44.88 plus postage.

The product I received did not provide the same results as shown in their ad. I paid the shipping and handling as advertised, I also wrote a cancellation letter within the 14 days as described in the terms and conditions but the address they had listed was not valid. So they charged my bank account $89.00. i disputed the charge and called Regenere cancelled my subscription. They offered to give me 30% back which I refused. This is nothing but a pure straight forward scam.

Put all this on top of report! I was looking at Regenere online and it came up for free trial of 2 bottles and I was nice enough to buy one where it said " get this for cheap price. My order would have only cost under 20 dollars. I got the 3 bottles of Regenere and no info in box T all. Then they charged my account 90 dollars from Maggie May and 90 dollars from softer skin. When I called he said we don’t put free trials we charge you and you have to cancel or next month will take out also. He had the nerve to start taking next price down 50% then 60%. So they took 160 dollars from me.

Please be careful IF you order the skin cream that advertises beautiful wrinkle free skins. There is a notice hidden in the fine print that states that you will be billed and sent additional orders at the cost of $89.00, usually 2 weeks after you send for your free sample. NOTHING in life is free and after I ordered, I felt checked about my FREE sample. I started to look for references on the product and found the complaints here initially. I searched the company and had a hard time locating a name or address to cancel. IF you don't cancel, they will send product and charge you accordingly. I see that several people here had trusted that the product was actually free and wished to try with the intent to buy if it was such a great product. I immediately canceled my credit card to avoid charges but as it turned out I finally found information to cancel. IF you were silly enough to think it was actually afree product, here is the information to cancel.

Their email is,,, [email protected] and phone number is 877-240-9369. I know that others looked for this information but I was fortunate to find it.

Found info when looking at information about facebook. Applied for sample with $4.95 shipping. Got charged for other stuff within days. Did not see a contract and they did not even wait 2 weeks before charging for future deliveries even though i canceled the next day when i found out from searching more they are a fraud. Does mark z go along with this???

Regenere

Please, please, please DO NOT order any of these products!!! It is in fact a scam. I don't understand how these people are allowed to remain in business. I ordered the "free" trial and was charged the full amount immediately. I called and called to cancel to no avail. I was automatically signed up for monthly orders that I did not want and still do not want! There is no phone numbers on the product or in the info that comes with it in the mail. How convenient! I receive two different products that look, feel, and smell like the exact same thing and the listed ingredients are virtually identical. Not to mention they are useless. I am charges nearly ninety dollars for each of these products every month. I have called many numbers to cancel and they can't find my information and they cannot find any products by the name "Regenere." I finally came across this number, 866-567-1298, and she said she cancelled my order..........We'll see. I can't even imagine the countless number of people scammed by this. By the way, when I spoke with the woman to cancel my order she told me she could give it to me at a 50% discount to which I said " no, cancel." She then said what about a 60% discount to which I responded "are you kidding me? No cancel, cancel, CANCEL! She finally said she cancelled my order.

SCAM FOR SURE

I too ordered the trial because of Kelly Ripa endorsing it and didn't bother reading the "agreement" details because I figured if she was involved it was not a scam. ...WRONG! I too am sure she has no idea about this. Thankfully I used a credit card and noticed the $89.92 charge timely and called immediately to dispute it and block them. I called this number to get this cancelled 888-976-5919 and thankfully didn't have to wait too long. Write down the agent number & cancellation # they give just in case you need it later. The product didn't work for me and I told her this, but told them the number one reason I am cancelling is I feel this is a scam. She told me about the "agreement" trial for 14 days then you pay...so THE TRIAL IS NOT FREE. After telling her about my dissatisfaction with their "business plan" she then asked if I had family or friends who I would recommend this product to because it might work for them.. REALLY....you have to be kidding. I started laughing.."gee let me think about it"...duh...NO! I COULDN'T BELIEVE SHE WANTED MY FRIENDS/FAMILY INFORMATION after what I just told her! Obviously she wasn't listening to me...or has NO common sense.

scam

I also ordered the free trial for 4.99 and was charged 24.99. Two weeks later an additional $89.94 was deducted from my bank account at 3:00 a.m. When i finally got a valid phone number, they told me it was too late for me to cancel. My bank thankfully sent me a security alert so i knew about this immediately before more junk was sent. One interesting note is that the $89.94 charge was from SKINDREAMFACECR LONG. A completely different name from the original offer by Regenere. Very slick. Very bad business. I got fooled by seeing Kelly Ripa endorsing the product on my Iphone. I figured she was a reputable person and i took the bait. Kelly Ripa probably has no idea she "endorsed" this product.
