I placed an order from Refreshingly Free and the order arrived 2 days late. It was the wrong item, and included an invoice with someone elses name, address, phone number, and email on it. (So basically all their personal info was distributed to me, a stranger.) I am assuming that my info was also distributed to a stranger. There is no phone number or direct email on the website to get a refund, so I replied to the email that I was sent with the order confirmation.
I have sent emails daily for 5 days and had no reply. It's clear that this "business" is not going to make this right. I am only out $20 on this product I haven't received, but I get the feeling that this "company" is not a legitimate business as much as a fraudulent storefront to steal from people.
