Don't Buy Reebok Shoes Anymore!

I bought a pair of their Reebok Shoes for $84.04 U.S. Dollars with a credit card thinking that they were a good deal because at that time back on Thursday, April 27, 2017, I desperately needed to Replace My Former Pair Of Shoes and chose Their Brand For The Very First Time!

I have done my Very Best in Taking Care Of Them, however, I am Very Disappointed In Them because they are Just Not Made To Last At All!

Problem: The Very Back Of Both Of The Shoes At The Top Of The Heal Area Has The Material Breaking Down In The Form Of A Hole Causing My Feet To Have Severe Discomfort When I Walk Or Run!

I Can Not Believe That You Would Make, Nor Invent Shoes Like This That Are Made With Very Cheap Materials Such As The Ones That I Am Currently Wearing?

I am Very Angry and Upset With These Short Lived Pair Of Running Shoes and would Prefer To Send Them Back To Reebok International Ltd.

and Have Them Kindly Replaced.

The Only Problem is that these are My Only Pair Of Shoes and if I were to send them back to Them, then I would have Nothing To Wear On My Feet!

The Reebok Outlet (Lee, MA., Charleston, SC and corporate store in Canton, MA) stores and the Reebok corporate store.entice you to purchase 3 or more pairs of their products (Reebok walking shoes in white and black) under the buy 2 get 1 free. You buy the Reebok products and end up with new unused stock in your closet.

Well, I ended up with two pairs of defective shoes, one white and one pair of black walking shoes.

I went into the North Charleston, SC. Reebok oulet store (as I have relocated to SC) on International Blvd.

They basically walked me out of the store, telling me there was nothing they could do for me regarding defective products (kind of to bad to sad attitude).

I then called Reebok corporate and waded through the corporate phone system.

On two occasions I left voice messages for two executives, who didn't have the courtesy to return phone calls.

This organization will sell products, but, when it comes to customer service they absolutely suck at dealing with customers legitimate product problems. I have six other pairs in storage as I'm relocating. These items are still new in the box.

So, when I go back to Reebok with poduct defect issue, it seems everywhere you go Reebok stone walls and refuses to provide customer support.

Other outlet retailers, Nautica and The Tommy stores are wonderful.

Reebok on the othe hand doesn't give a "Sh-t" about customer service. As noted above, by, being walked out of a store or corporate excutives entrenched within the organiztion cannot provide the courtesy to return a call.

If I was able to rate Reebok it would be about a zero. I womder if there are other people like myself who have endured this type ocustomer service and have given up. I ask that people spend their money at one of the other sports shoe outlets!!!!! Walmart even provides better customer service!!!!
