i feel foolish for falling for their scam. I paid for a franchise/license. They were supposed to set up a coffee vending Route that I would service each month. The Route was to continue growing because they claimed to use the same sales people as Coke. I was told it would take up to 90 Days to get the route built. After 90 Days I was to start servicing the route and would continue having new stops placed on the route. The salesperson I spoke with was Jerry.
Roughly three days after signing the paperwork and paying Jerry, I started to get emails saying I would receive a free iPad, free gift cards and other items if I joined. So I was worried that somehow I was lost in the shuffle. I attempted to call Jerry several times he never answered. I eventually got some guy on the phone who could barely speak he assured me someone would give me a call. Several days later I spoke with Daphne Elzie. She assured me all was fine there was a problem with the email system and Jerry had moved on to a new company. Also the new CEO Courtney would be giving me a call.
After not receiving the call I left Courtney a message. I eventually spoke with Courtney she assured me everything was good. She also assured me that all of the payment arrangements and amounts Jerry had promised were not going to happen. During the conversation it was clear that she had no idea of the details Jerry was to set up concerning my route. I went through all those again. Again she assured me all was well.
I received my first payment in the form of a check. It was supposed to be a direct deposit. The check was for $31. Courtney was going to email me a new payment schedule. When I did not receive the schedule or the payment I sent her an extremely friendly email basically saying hey you didn’t forget about me did you. I have never received a response. Now if you email Courtney at Red Solutions you receive a response from customer service at One Source.
I sent several more emails. Finally someone calling themselves Aiden told me I would receive a refund form that day and would be given my money back. Aiden also offered to bring me current by paying me the payments I have not received instead of just giving me a refund. All of this was done through several emails because they will not answer any of the several numbers I have for them. Of course I did not receive the refund form. I sent Aiden an email saying I did not get the form I was promised. The next day he sent me an email stating I didn’t understand business and he had no idea who’s pocket my refund should come out of. I thanked him for finally being honest with me about stealing my money.
I googled these folks and could find no negative comments about them before I fell for their scam. Now if you google “Red Solutions Coffee Route Scam” you will see other stories similar to mine. Please do not fall for it. I spoke with someone at the FTC. The FTC will investigate them if they get enough complaints. If they took your money please call the FTC and complain. The number is 1-877-382-4357.
