The car got a payoff balance in Sept thru my insurance for 8000... They then went on said I had to pay a gap coverage which it's nothing stating on contract for a gap insurance coverage ... They also told me I had to pay 500 plus 726 which. I don't no why . So they had text and email what was owed and agree to that but turn around and file a judgement for 5000 at a 21% interest which is the car interest if I still had it ... The mean while I'm paying them and they went on to file for a different amount which in my contract isn't listed they are ripping people off beczue I had gap insurance so why am I'm still paying
