Our company signed up with them in 10/2020 for health care for our employees, to date they have not reimbured a single claim for any one. Just the compay share of their plan was over $2000.00 a month not including what our employees paid and despite following their "call first" requirement not one claim has been reimbursed by their company.
One of our employees wife was in the ER with antifilactic breathing reaction, and despite the call to Redirect by the employee from the ER, the claim has still not been reimbursed by Redirect Health. They are a scam and ripoff. We would have been better off starting an employee pool with that money and paying the claims ourselves.
