I ordered a free trial of a dietary supplement and they included an extra product for a small additional shipping charge. The offer was for a one month supply and I only had to pay shipping of approx $6.50. THe offer said it would be free for 14 days and another bottle would be shipped and billed at $88.97 at the end of 30 days plus an additional $89.97 if I wanted the other product too.
I tried the products and found them of NO BENEFIT so I cancelled 14 days after receipt. When I cancelled I was told there would be no further billing but a day later they billed my account $189.88. I disputed the charge with my bank but the company said the charge was ligitmate because the 14 day free trial had expired.
It seems their fine print said the 14 days started from the date of the order not date of receipt. VERY DECEITFUL. How can you try a product before you receive it?????
It appears the company has had many complaints because I talked to 2 different individuals at the company about the charges and both repeated, verbatum, the exact same reply to my questions. They sent my bank "examples of an order confirmation" which contained many terms that I never saw on the original web site.
This company evidently is a TOTAL SCAM and instead of acting in an honest manner they prey on consumers with misleading and deceitful practices. Don't buy their product. It oesn't work and I found they are triple the cost compared to something comparable found on Amazon.
