I purchased round tichet for my daughter from Tallahassee to Orlando. The ticket included shuttel service from terminal to the location near where we live. On the way to Orlando, bus broke dawn half way to orlando and we had to go over by the express way to pick up my daughter and also we cancel the shuttel from way back. They are not givin us any answere for refund of two shuttel services and the fact that bus did not make its final distenation in Orlando. Further more the bus did not have air conditioning nor Wifi as promised on the ticket.
