BEWARE, BEWARE, Contract was made to erect a 30x40’ shop. Permit was completed and he included his company name and contractor license number. I gave and initial deposit, he subbed the concrete work out which required another payment after form work. After concrete work was complete and finished he then required another payment for building materials. 2 months have passed and still no building or materials. He had excuse after excuse, lie after lie and will not answer his phone or email. I continue to see post and pictures on his Facebook page.
Even seen he posted a short video of my pad being finished and notes that it’s ready to erect building at my location. That post was only 1 week ago yet I haven’t been able to contact or heard from him for 4 weeks. He has taken around $17k of my money not including the money for the pad. I found he has a long police report and found where he has done this to other people before fire even more money. Please be aware of this scam artist. The buildings he post on Facebook are not even his. This guy needs to be stopped
