I purchased an Auto Protection plan from red Auto Administration in the amount of $5000 that was to cover all repairs other than normal wear and team on my Vehicle for 5 years or 100,000 miles. I purchased that policy November 22, 2017 and the vehicle had 50,000 miles at time of purchased. Since my purchase I drove the vehicle 20,000 miles and in that time period I had $4490 in total repairs completed. All expenses should have been covered under the warranty; however they covered only $1929.
I also had other repair estimates totalling $4500 and they declined to cover any of those expenses. Becoming frustrated at their lack of integrity I cancelled my warranty in order to get a reimbursement of the remaining balance due of $2900. To further exacerbate the situation they deducted the money the paid out. I estimate that I am owed at this time in excess of $6500 from this company and I am filing a claim in Small Claims Court in Beaverton Oregon.
I got called like a month ago about a plan for auto protection. Signed up, paid them and never received a call back. Here I am a month later, I get a letter in the mail about a plan that I paid for but I have been trying to cancel it. In the book it states that you can’t cancel the plan after 30 days. They intentionally waited 30 days to send me that info so they could keep charging my account. No answers the phone or anything for me.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! I am still in shock over my horrendous experience with them. I felt harassed to get coverage and (like an idiot) I got it because I didn't know any better (which they took advantage of) - now they're legitimately harassing me to continue coverage when all I want to do is cancel it. They promised me a full refund when I initially signed up, but I have called numerous times to cancel and every single time they try to convince me to change my mind and we get into full blown arguments, which involves them being rude and condescending. They have been driving me crazy for the past week... it was actual harassment at its finest - unbelievable! All the customer service reps I have spoken to (C/Krystal and Jeffrey) are unprofessional, rude, and condescending. At one point C/Krystal says, "I asked you a question, which requires a response". And then Jeffrey goes, "Are you really okay with your parents paying for everything? If you're okay with dependency, okay." Who says this stuff? STAY AWAY. This is the shadiest company I have ever dealt with, with extremely unprofessional staff.

I have spent the last 145 days attempting to get my credit balance due to sent to me. I have been misled and outright lied to. I have been promised (that's a laugh) by Customer Service Manager Nicki my check is being Mailed this week, for two weeks now. Guess what still waiting. Talked again to her today and she's going talk to accounting and get back to me before they close. It's 9 pm. I'm in bed no call. It's amazing they are tip off report verified. I'm one of dozens who have filed a BBB claim for the same exact reason. I have to laugh when I read the other reports. All the same story. Cancellation letter lost in the mail(twice for me), new employees who probably weren't sure when they gave me information. Accounting closed, CEO not available to send my check. Really. I find it hard to believe you would endorse a company who is clearly operation fraudulently. I paid my 3000.00 on time in full every month. That's good business. Maybe I can get rip off report verified. Evidently you don't need to operate aboveboard to qualify.
