Do not buy from the RMT "rebuildmastertech”. The worst customer support and service I have ever seen. I ordered front air spring bag for Land Rover on ebay but received air spring bag for BMW. They do not reply to emails until raised claim. They will not pay for the return shipping cost. I lost time and money. Be informed. Sell wrong parts.
Hi the case you opened required you to return the item, you did not return the item. Had the item been returned as resquested we would have issued you a full refund.
I purchased 3 parts from rebuildmastertech.com, they sent me wrong parts that dont fit my car, I contacted customer support, they kept blaming me that i ordered the wrong part no question asked, i informed them that it dont fit my car and need replacement, i returned the wrong parts, they sent me back the same part less missing 2 other parts, i called them, they were very rude they stated its my fault and i need to return the other part, i informed them that I will return it no problem but what about my other 2 parts she said not her fault i returned them, they dont know what they are doing, they are selling cheap chinese parts and sending the wrong parts and trying to keep customers money. i dont usually write reviews but this company is a must to stay away from, they will blame you for ordering wrong part and keep your money, next step chargeback with my bank!.
