Ordered items didn't arrive after 2 months (to Australia, up to 6 weeks is not unusual). Upon enquiring I received various excuses including something far fetched about Australian Customs service. The tracking number with the USPS has stated all this time (order placed in January 2017) that the parcel was received at facilty in NY on 10th February 2017, no more. It's very obviously lost, but Rebel Circus keep making excuses and not doing anything. Finally I requested a refund as the parcel is plainly lost, at this point (and ever since) Rebel Circus have stopped responding to me altogether.
Refused to return an item. Blamed me for a dirt mark left by their packaging. Counterdicted themselves by saying they "never send items with dirt or dust" and one sentence later that "when we do send an item dirty we immediately exchange". Would not email me back about the status of my other returned items, and would let a week go by and would only respond after I emailed again. They admitted they would refund me for three out of four items. When my refund was processed months later only one of the three items was refunded. When I pointed it out to Keith, the email dodging return person, that my other items were not refunded he had to look into the mistake(meanwhile arguing with me over a different item). It was not until I complained to the better business bureau that I actually got a response. Their first response to the BBB was that I was refunded, when I had only received money back for 1 out of 4 items. When I responded that only one item had been refunded to the BBB I Finally got my money back. It took two months, me constantly trying to get responses to emails and having to involve the BBB to have them do what they should do in the first place. The brands they sell are not bad. They are a bad company. They sell items from multiple companies requiring returning things to multiple places. I followed their 48 hour return policy and didn't get what I was entitled to for months.
