I have now tried for 1 1/2 hrs to get through to customer service. This is insane! I am calling on behalf of my 80 year old mother, who has $97.67 in reward points to use. Problem is she does not have the 4 digit pin that you request for purchases over $10. No one ever told me or her that this was needed! So. I am trying to aquire this Pin so she can use her $. I feel this is an attempt for her to shop but not be able to use her 'free' money! What a shame fir this troubled company to do this to an elderly person.
