I am seeking assistance for both myself and my brother. Rebatekey is an online business that provides rebates for online purchases. You purchase the products listed on their website, provide the order number and get paid after 35 days. My brother and I had accounts with Rebatekey; we live in the same building but different apartments/addresses. The company suspended our accounts on February 24 on false pretenses by claiming fraudulent activity and having multiple accounts.
My account had ~$10,000 in rebates pending and my brother's account had ~$5,000 (unfortunately I don't have the exact figures as that information is not accessible by us due we can access our accounts. I contacted the company on February 24, 2021. I was told that the accounts were suspended due fraudulent activity and having multiple accounts. None of these are true. I tried to contact the company and the company owner several times through their contact form; customer support platform and social media but didn't get any response at all. They even disabled my customer support platform access so I couldn't message them. They wouldn't even communicate with us; they just closed our accounts and nothing further.
