RealtyBargains, Inc. Reviews

I signed up for their service for $110 a month with a 2 month contract for buyer and seller leads. All the leads were suppose to be verified via email and phone.

They sent me leads 2-3 times a week, but not a single lead was worth any of my time. None of them returned my calls or my emails. I called and emailed every lead that was sent to me, and NONE of them responded. When I brought this to their attention they kept reffering me to their "glowing" reviews from past agents/clients.

They also sent leads to foreclosure properties or pre-foreclosure properties with an option to submit offers. I spoke to one of the banks on a foreclosed vacant lot and they said the property hadn't been in their control for over 5 years!! So Realty Brgains is sending out "quality" 5 year old leads!! What a waste of time and money.

When I tried to cancel they told me I hadn't done it before the next billing cycle, my billing cycle started on the 10th of the month. I cancelled on the 27th of the month but then was told it had to be 30 days prior. None of this was ever told to me, all it said was before the next billing cycle.

This is the biggest waste of your time and money. They have shitty customer service, and are overll just a bunch of crooks who provide nothing in return.

I received a phone call from "Eric" today 4/4/2017. he's a real fast talker.

he "sold" me 4 zip codes for vetted real estate leads for $120. he used the hurry they're going fast now!

my corp account was debited immediatley.

i then immediately received a cancellation notice to the services via email.

when i tried to call him back, i realized the call was a No Caller ID

during the initial phone call, i had asked him if i was ever in their system (because i remembered in the back of my mind the voice and the fast talking) before i gave him my credit card, he said no. so stupid me, i trusted that.

but when i got back to my computer and did a search for their name it did come up from april 2016.

what eric did, was bill me today for an account i cancelled in april 2016, which i did cancel, but they did not.

this company is a SCAM, a untrustworthy entity. [continued below]....

Received a call about 30 min ago. A guy named John offering to sell me exclusive real estate leads according to zip codes. $60 per zip code for two months with an third month extension if no leads turn to sale. He asked what zip codes i'd be interested in and he rattled-off a few adjacent city zips, which got me started on mentioning a few others zips. He'd tell me the number of seller to buyer leads ratio and potential per zip from the previous month. Of course he's also deny a few more coveted zip codes and say they were already taken. After settling on two zip codes he began to ask for my personal information: address and phone, which he had reached me through my mother's phone. He started to ask about my credit card info when i told him i had to first check him out and his company and that i never give out that kind of info to unsolicited callers no matter how legitimate they sounded. He had to agree but not before i got him to send me an email with his contact info. Then i started searching the BBB - they only had one complaint within the last 12 mos - nothing else. Other sites also had complaints about their being a scam. I hate this sort of cowardly predatory action, especially from across the country. So I'm reporting for a thorough investigation, please.
