Rip Off Realtor, Marga Rival is a reprehensible realtor who preys on vulnerable people in nursing homes. Marga Rival befriended my elderly mother and another resident at the same nursing homes. Marga Rival improperly obtained power of attorney and moved forward to list her home for sale and control her finances, all under the pretext of helping my mother and the other resident. Marga Rival then moved to have my mother put her in her will , under the pretext that she will arrange the funeral as she wants.
