I was completely dissatisfied with this service. I was originally told i would get a notice prior to renewal giving me an option to continue the service or cancel. I never got a notice of upcoming renewal. They simply tried to charge my credit card. When i realized they were renewing the service without my consent, january 31, 2017 i sent them the following email at [email protected]:

''i need you to please cancel this service contract #28066 effective immediately and do not attempt to charge my credit card again. I have not had one prospect contact from this service in 3 months and i do not want to renew. Also, i did not get any reminder email about my renewal period coming up before you attempted to bill my credit card again.

That contradicts what i was told when i made my initial purchase and i am not happy about it. Another thing i don't like is that you continually bombarded me with emails trying to sell me your service when i was already a paid customer. Not trying to be rude here; just shooting straight with you. Please refrain from any further attempts to charge my credit card, and please confirm that you have received this request. Thank you very much.

This company has no customer service skill and no concern about their customers whatsoever. They don't care that their product is inferior and produces no benefit to the customer. They just want your credit card number.

Like so many, I was also scammed by realestateagent.com Signed up, never was told about reoccuring credit card charges. They try to send you a contract with your signature when all you were supposed be signing. They didn't tell you it was a contract, it looked like you were accepting the info to be listed with them, not a contract and no where did it say that. They actually told me I couldn't cancel unless I send them a letter in the mail! It all was very deceptive. You are supposed to get reports on your activity.....received nothing. You are supposed to get a lot of things, get nothing and a company that even threatened to take it to a collections company if you don't pay later (even though you requested to cancel). None of it makes since. I would not recommend doing business with this company by all means. I found many other people scammed doing more research. I would steer very far from these people.

In May 2015, I was contacted by Sue Taylor to sign up for a Realtor marketing site. She claimed there was a trial period to market my name in certain cities in my market area. After that, then they would charge $45 per city quarterly. If I wrote a nice referral on their website, they would give me 2 weeks free. Stupidly, I wrote one before I even used their service. I did not receive any business from their website.

I emailed Sue Taylor directly to cancel my subscription on 10/2015. I had numerous agents nationwide call me about their services and asked if I would recommend them. I had no idea my account was still on the website. I told the agents I used their free trial, but got no business from marketing. I cancelled. The agents were thankful and decided to pass on them.

A couple of weeks ago my bank called me Sunday morning. They think I had a fraudulent charge of $270. It was listed as SalesandMarketing. Nothing more on my statement. No phone number, just the state of Florida. I told them it is fraudulent. I didn't even know who this company was. The bank sent out a new credit card. I get an email yesterday from this company showing an invoice and that they were unsuccessful charging my account and to update it to avoid collections. I chatted online with some rude girl that I had cancelled this 2 years ago. I sent an email to Sue Taylor who was the manager. She said I had to either mail or fax the cancellation.

I never signed this and this Sue Taylor never told me that. She hadn't responded to my email stating I couldn't do that! Technically, I mailed it through email. They state they will call collections. Good luck with that. Any judge will see that sending an email directly to the account manager should cancel the service. I checked my credit card statements from last year. I do not see any charges on my credit card. Very strange after 2 years, I suddenly have a charge. Don't use this company! They are a scam and are ripping off Realtors a lot of money! Now I need to report them to the Better Business Bureau.

This company repeatedly called me and I finally answered one time. Their dishonest and slick sales person sold me on their product realestateagent.com directory service and gave a special introductory 90 day offer to try it out. I asked him how do I cancel if it doesn't work. He said that I need to just call them, and he gave me the number to call. So I set up an alert on my calendar to call 10 days before it expired. I did call 10 days before the expiration to cancel, since the service had generated no business for me. I talked to a Sue Taylor and told her I wanted to cancel, she put the high pressure sales technique into full affect and told me she would give me an special deal for the next 90 days. I agreed, but asked her to remove the auto-renew and I would call her directly if I changed my mind and wanted to continue this service. She said that was fine and agreed. So fast forward 3 months, they have been trying to charge a card that has now been canceled and are threatening to report my account to collections for $225. I have had multiple email exchanges with Sue Taylor, who never denied the conversation we had, but pointed me to a digital contract that states that in order to cancel I must fax or email a letter that must be received 10 days prior to the beginning of the next billing cycle. Obviously, I was naive and thought this was a reputable company (should have done my homework) and took them at their word regarding the cancellation policy. Apparently this cancellation clause is buried in a long form that you are to "accept" upon activating the trial offer. They right out lie to people about the terms of the agreement and rely on the fact that most people aren't going to spend 30 minutes pouring of a long legal document. This company, and Sue Taylor are serious low-life's and need to be disciplined my the FTC, and the State of Florida for calling numbers including mine that are on the "do not call" list, and for initially setting out to deceive customers, and steal money.

This Company is a fraud they do not pick up the phone.customer service is unprofessional the girl I spoke to on the phone was very rude her name was Teresa hus.they told me that I was going to get leads I told him I only wanted one city and they charged my card for five cities they are scam.they sent me threatening emails that I was going to collections. I found out that a partner of mine had joined this company and they kept on charging her credit card after they cancelled .she got an email saying that they had cancelled and they were still charging her card.stay away from this company.

I subscribed to advertise with realestateagent.com for a trial period but because I was moving and didn't get leads, I decided not to continue with them however my account continued to be charged. I finally canceled my card and was given a threatening email that I was going to be sent to collections.

I called them and Sue was very rude and kept talking around in circles saying I had a contract with them that allowed them to keep charging me. She did send me a contract which I saw for the very first time however I am no longer working in the area thay are supposidly marketing for me and I didn't sign this contract.

The best way to deal with this company is to never get involved. They won't communicate with you, give updates and I got no leads from them. When I told this to Sue she said that they never promised to communicate and there are no guarentees that we would get any leads, it is just advertising.

In other words you pay them lots of money every quarter to put your name on a website, thy have no other oblgations. Nice.
