I have been a tenant for over 6 years and have recently as of this year in March had a problem with these people where he made his rent payment for March like he has done months and years before by placing his money order in the rent drop box that is provided on their business property and his rent came up missing and they have no idea what happened to it. He has made his rent payment for April and they took his money and applied it to March rent without his permission. He has attempted to make his rent payment for the month of May and they rejected it and told him they are evicting him. He has asked for copies of his lease which shows some kind of fraudulent acts because he was told one thing and they have done another. He has been billed for fees like pet rent every month for HOA violations of trash in the alleyway. On the accounting printout that was provided it shows that they were accepting his rent and applying it elsewhere. The printout also shows that they were not logging the rent that was being collected or was logging in the amount incorrectly. There are several amends to his lease months apart from the previous amendment. His signature looks forged on documents. He was under the impression that he was on a month to month lease after his 1-year lease was up and it shows that he is on a 12-month lease since he first moved in. They violated the HPAA law be giving an unauthorized person access and copies of his lease and other paperwork. They stole my money order and then expect me to pay all over again.
