However, after owning the doll for only 5 weeks (3 of which I was away from home); the hip joint became totally disconnected (broken) I contacted customer service and they asked me to sebd photos and video, which I did. .They said they would send a replacement ASAP. I waited 10 days. No updates. No tracking info on my fedex app. I politely inquired about tracking info. They just brushed me off with: you'll get it when we get it. Well, fedex is updated every few hours, so I know already that the doll had not shipped. So I told tgem they sold me a defective doll and I would be writing online reviews. Instead of offering a solution, stacey began to argue with me. So I filed a dispute with Paypal. She tgen threatened me, stating that if I did not close the dispute, she would have me blacklisted from ever buying a WM Doll again. I told her that paypal would close the dispute once it had been resolved. She refused to listen trying to intimidate me into closing the dispute. I fought with this stacey person all day. I offered her a simple resolution but she wanted to be stubborn. At 1 point, she offered me a 50% refund, which I declined. It's not my fault the doll was defective. I have copies of all communication with rlsd. Now I wait and see what paypal does.
