This is a scam outfit designed by a so called "Tom Liuzzi" in Yucaipa who according to the bank at Wells Fargo is not actually an agent/false name of the individual and falsified name of the business.. which means he is going by a false name and and false business name since the actual business name differs as well on the bank account which he requires you to "deposit cash".
He, so called Tom Liuzzi, is not a real estate broker yet he gets himself in involved in distressed real estate transactions purporting himself to represent investors or cash buyer who supposedly get you out of a financial mess.
He, Tom Liuzzi, also informs people he has lawyers for a fee of $5000 they go after the banks for illegal theft of assets!! Hmmmm...

When I followed up 6 months after depositing money into Wells Fargo and signing a so called QWR (suspicious wording in it by the way which seems to remove all rights of the homeowner) this flake is no longer to be heard from. Suddenly he is out of the "office" with "family matters", now the latest excuse is he has "C" ie Cancer...so I am supposed to feel sorry for him!!
No support, no credentials, nothing....this freak of nature belongs in JAIL!
The reason I did buy into this is no bad reports on the guy!! Well I am here to tell you I will report on the crooks who
prey on the innocent victims who are taken out by evil banksters who want to steal our assets and those criminals who
assist them and this fake named person is one of them.
File police reports in San Bernadino with Sheriff dept. asap he needs to be in jail.
