This company does not deliver what it "SELLS" you. My represtentives name was Jessie. She was very nice when I talked with her. But when we spoke she told me that I was getting 12 leads and that if they weren't good than they would be replaced. I then asked if it was just an email lead, because sometimes people are browsing online and they just click on stuff and have no idea that a lead was generated to sales person. So when you call them they think you have the wrong number... that is NOT a lead. Jessie assured me that was not the case. That each lead would come to me with a welcome call from a rep from the company. The first lead DID come that way. However when I was left on the line with the buyer, they were looking for a commercial foreclosure. Not at all the type of lead they'd sold me. The next threee were just emails. One I couldln't get on the line. One didn't know what I was talking about and the other was in the wrong county. NONE of which were a real lead. SO when I went to look up my account info to call them. I had no emails from Jessi or reicept or any way to contact the comnapy. I only had the 4 leads that were emailed to me. None of which gave me any infor to contact jessi. I finally got with american express and got the infor to call their acct dept and had to leave a message. To which they called me back 2 days later and told me I was ONE DAY over my expiration period and they were going to give me back 480 of the 1072. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE CROOKS
This 'company' or should be more accurately described as a completely scam, is garbage. Their business efforts should be considered shameful and their practices are foul. Do not be fooled or mislead by their false advertising. Their leads are absolutely terrible! Each lead contacted has no idea how you received their information and refuse to engage. I called to cancel and the representative I spoke with was condescending, rude and could not be bothered by my concerns. I will be posting as many negative reviews about this company as I can find. They should be ashamed of themselves. If I could select zero stars I would but in order to post you must at least select one. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Today on March 7, 2018. I spoke to the customer service rep name JOSH who is in "support" Purchase the rainmaker package had the remaining balance of $1261. They had told me I can't get a refund of my money because I had purchase prior to that 10 leads on Febuary 15, 2018. It clearly states:
Our 60 Day Money Back Pledge
If for whatever reason, you'd like to cancel your membership, we'll gladly give you back your unused (pro-rated) balance in your account - so you're never locked in to a long-term contract.
Here's how it works - when you purchase one of our lead generation advertising packages, the money you prepay is credited to your account - similar to an escrow. As prospects are passed along to you, money will be withdrawn at the rate prescribed by your purchase.
If for any reason, you choose to cancel your agreement within 60 days, we will refund the remaining amount in your account to you, minus the cost of the prospects you've already purchased.
We will also promote your success by providing the following:
Personalized e-card that goes out to every one of your clients, including everyone who just visits our website looking to buy or sell in your area.
The agent branding campaign, including an e-mail "drip campaign" consisting of 10 specialized emails sent over the course of eight months, to each one of your leads. This helps encourage clients to contact you more readily.
Our contact management database program to help you follow up with all your clients easier.
This is not 60 days and pro-rated balance means $1261 balance left needs to refund. They are bunch of crooks and Please DO NOT USE THEM!!!
I was looking for a company to help me in generating leads for my real estate business. I choose Real Estate Pipeline. Big Mistake!!! I was told that the leads that I would receive would be verified by their income, credit worthyness and correct contact information and looking to purchase a home. It turned out to be people with little to no credit, bad credit, not enough income, just looking for free information and not wanting to spend a lot of money. The package of leads that I purchased was 44 for $2500.00. They also guaranteed me "1 Closing" out of all of those leads. So far, nothing. Some of the leads that I received, the people didn't remember signing up for or they told the company that they just wanted a list of foreclosures and HUD homes.
This is not what was promised to me. It's very far from what has been truly happening. I would never waste another penny with this company and would tell all of my friends and colleagues to run as fast as they can and never to purchase any leads from this company period. It has truly been a huge waste of time, effort, patience and money. If there is ever a class action lawsuit filed, count me in to sign the petition to shut this place down once and for all.

IS A SCAM
I give one star because I can not get 0.
They scam the clients and the Realtors.
The clients by telling them they are going to get foreclosures and not revealing the reality of their business.
The Realtors selling them a qualify leads and promising the replacement, none is the truth.
