Beware to all buyer's out there. This dealer is about selling cars with major issues that they cover up, then he will try to sell you a Service Contract in hopes they fix these issues once discovered. I purchased a 2000 Ford Taurus from this dealer. I took this car to be looked at by a personal mechanic and 2 different shops because I was paying for the car in cash and wanted to make sure it was in decent shape. All 3 places gave the same results just regular upkeep that was needed, and they all said car looked to be in good condition. Not even a month later the transmission started to have issues. I had the car checked out by a shop that specialized in transmissions and they discovered the Transmission Case was cracked BUT that there was glue on the inside of the case. I called the company that the Service Contract was with, and they sent an inspector out to check out the vehicle.
They stated that because of how they tried to glue the case from the inside that caused more damage and that this car dealer does this constantly. Since this was done maliciously, the repair was not covered. I have had plenty of service contracts and have not ever had a repair denied. When I called the Dealer he asked why I didn't call him first and also I contacted the Attorney General and he made a complete false statement. Im a single mother of 2, and now have no car and have to take him to small claims court. I just want to warn everyone DON'T GO HERE. People work to hard for there money to get scammed this way.
