On May 2, 2016, I went to money gram express Pymt at Wal mart store to add $20.00 on my ROW phone, . Shortly after Pymt I turned my phone on and there was no service. I then called ROW, they told me that they did not provide cellular services in my area no longer. I informed them that I wasn't informed in writing nor by text. The Rep could not give me an explanation of why I wasn't notified. I asked for my $20.00 refund and the representative said that I was not eligible for it. I would like my refund of $20.00. I have a copy of my receipt that I paid $20.00. Thank you.
ReachOut Wireless has terrible Customer Service! Two times I had to deal with them! Once they wouldn't let me pay for the unlimited Minutes which cost me $30 a month! They told me I can NO LONGER GIVE THEM MONEY CAUSE MY PHONE ROAMED!
So I was confused .. 1. You losing money 2. They time they told me about.,, i was home! And what made it worst was they had NO SOLUTIONS, it was a man with a difficult accent who acted as if the world had ended.
The second incident just took place a year later. My phone stop working all together... I called and i Swear i got the same guy.. but he said to me that I have two services, and you can only have one per address! I moved from my previous address as I explained to him, and willing to give him proof.... AGAIN... THE WORLD ENDED... "There's absolutely NOTHING we can do" Clearly whoever moved in my old home has a Government phone... I tried to explained, but he was set on no way to fix this! I worked in customer servicec for 20 years... there is always a resolution! This company has built a terrible reputation, and thats gonna back fire... soon!
