On June 05, 2017, Rick Kurtz came to RE/Max Realty Services, Rockville, Maryland office to do a presentation for his two-day workshop in Tysons, August 23-24, 2017. Claiming he had insider information about Zillow and Redfin.... Claiming the personalized landing pages and coaching would blow the competition out of the water. The seminar was normally $6000, but if we registered today, he would reduce it to $3999. Four people from RE/Max attended. We stayed in touch, attended the four webinars together. The Webinars by Rand Smith and Client Creator were a comedy of errors. Nothing was as they promised.
Client creator ran Facebook Ads, but they were NOT Personalized Landing pages with Address grabber capabilities.
The Four speakers from the Seminar were unreachable. All emails to Rand Smith bounced back. Followed up with other Realtors that I met at the Conference.
Everyone is furious with Rick and RD Training systems. Total Fraud, Misrepresentation at it's best. This company must be stopped! Best to report them to the
State's Attorney General's office, Better Business Bureau, and The Consumer Protection Commission.
There are a bunch of us from our office that got scammed too, we will all be posting about it here too. We are thinking of taking it to one of those guys on the TV that help get $$ back. We have all been scammed and are angry. Where else RE related where we can get the word out on these people? I hope they are enjoying my $5,000!
I called the DRE and they definitely want to know about this company and for us all to lodge a complaint. Here is the link, all of us in our office are going to fill out this complaint, and please gather your folks, if we all do this there is strength in numbers and hopefully they will be investigated.
RD Training Systems. Rick Kurtz CEO, Dennis Garcia I attended a Real Estate seminar offered by RD training systems Rick Kurtz CEO. The presentation is a high pressure sales pitch. "Only Limited Spaces Available! If you don't sign up now your seat will go to the next office I am visiting!"You had to sign up that day, no exceptions. Mission Viejo California
I attended a marketing seminar offered by RD Training systems Rick Kurtz CEO . Dennis Garcia was the presenter. The presentation was a high pressure sales pitch. We were told that it is only offered every three years. (LIE) That keeps it exclusive. You had to sign up that day or you lose your chance. We were told it was guaranteed and if we did not close a deal as a result of this system, the money would be refunded(LIE)We were told you do not have to do the whole system for results, you can choose which aspects you want to use. We were told they would recommend some website building websites, or we could choose our own.(LIE) We were told they would set up the website for this system with lead capture. facebook, Instagram, Twitter, youtube etc, lead capture. we were told they would do everything.(LIE) That was what I wanted, that was the reason I decided to purchase without having the time to check out the company. There was an info sheet which we were required to fill out immediately so that they could tailor the program to our needs. The cost was "a discounted" $3,000. I did that in 2 payments and I ended up canceling the 2nd payment because I was already denied refund. several co-workers signed up. I know at least 6 Of us were dissatisfied and tried to get a refund. The only one that was refunded was the one that immediately cancelled.
What I got in the mail was a 2" binder filled with examples for marketing. There were several scenarios like expired, FISBO, listing pitches and buyer pitches. The material was very very redundant.
They did not respond at all to the info sheet I had to send in
They did not set up my website for advertising and lead capture, instead they wanted me to sign up for a "free trial" for their sponsored lead capture system
there was a 2 day seminar out of town, 2days after we signed up. Short notice, we were not required to go but they sent the link about a week later.
They sent me a link for a webinar 4 different webinars were included.
I requested my money back because it was not an internet lead capture marketing plan, it is a poor excuse for a training system. I emailed Nicole Niezgorski at nicole@rdtrainingsystems for my refund. I was denied. They insisted it was a 90 day guarantee. I again requested a refund at 90 days. Denied. Nicole does not have pleasant customer service skills. The only contact from this company where the couple of phone calls responding to refund request. A couple of emails responding to refund request and the couple of emails for links to the 4 webinars Not much value for $3,000
