I bough ttwo RCA Laptop/tablet computers for my nice and nephew for Cristtmas in 2015. One of them I had to return back to the Wal-Mart I purchase them three times to get one that would as least turn on. I am having problems with the programing of them. The Internet does not stay on outside of our home and neither does tje Wi-Fi. I called 877-252-6873 for help was on hold for almost an hour. Still no hlep. Just a recording telling me if I want faster service to log on the Internet . The Internet address is support.rcatablets.com. I followed this direction given to me. After typing the problem to them of these two computers I was then tolld for the answers I am looking for I would have to pay another $48.00 for the answers or help with thisir product I had already purchased for customer help. Needless to say, I am really mad as hell to think I spent #300.00 for thiese two laptop/tablets, and now have to pay more for any help with their product.!!!!!! Sir, I need help to resolve this. And to get my money back. They can keep these computers. My niece and nephew are very frustrated and very disappointed about this as well. I will take the money and let my niece and nephew spend it at willl, dut to it was iintended for their Christmas. I will never purchase another RCA product again.
