Raymond stancer was recommended to mediate a brother's dispute of his mother's will, for a well-known burlington accountant/executor intent on undervaluing her house Proven by subsequent sale), obscuring assessment The beneficiaries had to order it assessed) and selling it conditionally upon it's being knocked down without being assessed.
