Purchased earbuds as Christmas gift for my son. When he opened them on Christmas day we realized they didn't work. Customer service refused to refund my money. Only offered to repair. Why would anyone want to pay full price for repaired products!? Not to mention my son's total disappointment. I've complained on social media and they promised on social media platform that they would make it right. They never have. Many other social media posts are similar stories as my own.
