May 2014, Ray sold us by promising a fixed roof, he guaranteed his work. Fast forward to 3 weeks ago and a storming passes through and leaves us with multiple leaks in our roof and mess in our home. Called Ray and he had me waiting for him twice at my home to inspect leaks, never calls or shows up. Now ignores my calls.
