I ordered Steve's Real Raw Food through a Rawpetfood.com, which is essentially the same company, they just have it listed under a different name (misleading for consumers). The food arrived 3 days delivery (not one day) for raw pet food - that information is not provided when you first order. After they take the money from your credit card and ship it out, then you discover it's on a 3 day delivery. When the box arrived with the raw food all of the dry ice besides maybe a few tiny pieces were left. The food itself was partially defrosted. I got huge run around from them in regards to a refund. One person in particular who I spoke with, Sage, was incredibly evasive. She even accused me of trying to get free food from them! Customer service was lacking and I felt like my concerns weren't even being heard by her at all. In addition, she kept defending the way it was shipped saying it was fine the way it arrived. She tried to assure me that even though the raw food wasn't frozen upon arrival - it was still ok to feed to my pet. When I asked her why it wasn't shipped out via one day shipping, she said "they were working on that" but haven't been able to implement it yet. They even wanted me to pay $60 for shipping food back to them at my expense for a refund. At this point, I started really feeling like I was really being taken advantage of by this company because of their own poor business practices. T Any consumers looking to purchase this food, please be warned - they won't refund you or make good on it even if it is their fault. Please avoid this business at all costs.
