I FOUND THE COMPANY RAW HAIR FACTORY (address: 12125 E 65TH ST INDIANAPOLIS, IN, 46236, UNITED STATES) ON INSTAGRAM, whatsapp +18125104247 MY FIRST PURCHASE WENT THROUGH BUT DELIVERY TOOK SO LONG THEN I PLACED ANOTHER ORDER OF $923 AND $1358, MY FIRST EVER ODRDER WITH THEM WAS MISSING 4 BUNDLES WORTH $260 AND THEY PROMISED TO INCLUDE IT IN MY SECOND ORDER.
THE SAID ORDER WAS SUPPOSE TO SHIP ON FRIDAY 13TH VIA DHL WHICH I WAS SUPPOSE TO RECEIVE ON MONDAY,,, THROUOUT THE WEEKEND I CALLED AND TEXTED ASKING FOR TRACKING DETAILS BUT NO RESPONSE EVEN WHEN I COULD SEE THEM ONLINE VIA WHATSAPP THEY WOULDNT RESPOND. ON MONDAY16TH I FINALLY GOT THRU WHEN I RECEIVED A MESSAGE THAT DHL WILL NOT SHIP, ALTHOUGH THAT EVENING DHL HAD A PROBLEM WITH THEIR SYSTEM, I SIMPLY TOLD THEM IF IT WAS SHIPPED WHEN IT WAS AGREED WE WOULDNT BE IN THIS SITUATION SO I COMPLAINED AS ANY CUSTOMER WOULD AND I SAID IF THEY CANNOT POST TO ME THEY SHOULD CONSIDER A REFUND AS ITS NO GOOD TO ME IF I CANNOT GET IT. THE LADY TOLD ME I WIIL BE CHARGED 30% FOR RESTOCKING , I IMMEDIATELY SAID NO AND I SOUGHT FOR ALTERNATIVE MEANS OF POSTING, WITHIN MINUTES I ASKED THE GIRL TO GIVE ME THE WEIGHT OF THE ITEM AND I WOULD SEND A COURIER TO PICK IT UP,,,, FROM THEN ON NO ONE RESONDED TO MY CALLS NOR WHATSAPP MESSAGES UNTIL WEDNESDAY 18TH WHEN THEY CLAIMED A REFUND WAS MADE BUT THEY NEVER SENT A RECEIPT. ON WEDNESDAY 18TH I SENT THEM A SCREEN SHOT OF ME FILLING A REPORT AGAINST THEM THAT WAS WHEN I GOT A SCREEN SHOT FROM THEM CLAIMIMG THEY HAVE REFUNDED ME 2 DAYS AGO, UNFORTUNATELY FOR THEM I HAVE THE SAME BILLING SYSTEM (WIX.COM) AND FIGURED OUT THE SCREEN SHOT WAS BACKDATED AND THAT PLATFORM CANNOT ISSUE A REFUND..... THE RECIEPT I SHOULD GET IS SUPPOSE TO BE FROM THEIR CREDIT CARD MERCHANT.
TILL DATE NO REFUND HAS BEEN ISSUED AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE HAIR I ORDERED
