Raw Glitter is an online shopping site. The site is very appealing to women consumers. I am guilty of being enticed by what they "say" they sell. I found a bikini I loved, and had to have, so I place and order. It's been over a month and I have not received my order. Raw Glitter has however taken my money. I contacted the company several times through their website on the "contact us" link, which is the only option; the business does not provide a phone number. After submitting my online request, Raw Glitter sent me an email stating my order has been shipped via USPS First class mail 3-4 days. That was 3 weeks ago. The link Raw Glitter provided to track my package through USPS states that only a shipping label was created but nothing was ever shipped. So end of story, Raw Glitter has taken my money, and I have nothing in return. I should have done my research before placing an order. If you look on the Better Business Bureau website several people have written complaints with issues very similar to mine. Something needs to be done! A business should not be allowed to stay open when they take a consumers money and never provide a product, never respond to requests, and are repeat offenders!
