I recently applied for an apartment at ravine bluff located at 5454 ponderosa dr Columbus, Ohio 43231, on Thursday February 25, 2016, hey informed me that I had to pay 30$ app fee to run my credit background check and rental history, mind you I have good rental history , nothing on my background check . They informed me my credit score had to be at least 520 mine is 559 on transunion and 575 on experian , I called today ffebuary 25 and they said they denied me due to my credit score being a 490, I have a account with transunion looked at my credit score and my inquries an and they company did not even run my credit and called transunion and the supervisor Vick stated to me that no inquries have been ran on my credit since 12/9/15 is company also did not call my previous landlord To verify anything as I talked to her as well. When I confronted he company all they say is we have stipulations and they would send me a denial letter, would take up to 1 month to refund my 99$ this company is a scam and they are a fraud and they are thieves and it's a wonder how many other people they have done is too.
