We paid them a deposit to have our boat moved and they have not returned it. They could not keep our dates. We cancelled the services from Raven Offshore Yacht Shipping. After numerous emails and phone call that were made from our side to Raven Offshore Yacht Shipping (Rick and Anthony) about our refund due there has been no funds refunded as of today. We left numerous messages, emails and phone call. We were promised to get the refund back the same week, which never happend. The contract says if they cannot fulfill we will receive our money back. Do not use this company for your shipping needs! It's a scam! We lost money and time using this company. We will pursue legal action and sue them.
