It's all a scam . But imagined if 2,000 people send 20.00 according to them from processing fee . A report complained should be file. They keep sending me the same letter. Don't send them a dime.
I was sent many letters from the company saying that i have won money. But i have been getting the same letter over and over again asking me to sign and send them a 25 dollar fee for delivery of the money and i have not received any thing from the company. First it asks you to see 25 for processing and then for approval and then delivery of the money to me that didn't happen just got the same letter asking for 25 dollars again. Thanks.
This was clearly a raffle. Iwas invited to enter and was lured into sending them aseries of Payments, never rxceeding #20.00. Eventually I received notice that I had won $4,278,278,000, which I wold receive if I sent thm anadditional $20.00 for administrative costs. That seemed absurd to me and I suggested that they take the $20 out of the award.
I also received two other promises, for a total of $11,674,263.00, with a $20.00 "adminisstrative" charge each time. If they had never told me I won anything, I would have forgotten the whole incident, figuring the chances of ever winning a raffle were pretty slim. But when I was promidsrd real money, in what for me are huge amounts, with no intent on their part to follow through, I got angry, and felt insulted. Admittedly my loss was small change.
I received a cash prize winning in the mail. They asked for money to win 39 million dollars. I know it's a scam so if you get this do not send them money.
Received a congratulatory letter from the Treasurer of RHC (Rappaport, Hiltner & Crenshaw) purporting that I had won $3,900,000.
All that was required to receive the award was to sign the enclosed certificate and mail it with a $20 processing fee to Processing Dept., 26 Railroad Ave., PMB 375, Babylon, NY 11702.
And I almost did and that was my food money till next month but I decided to look into it and found out it was a scam I just don't understand why people like them take advantage of people like me that have low income
They are asking for money to possess the money we won I feel they are taking advantage of people
I received a letter today saying I am a winner. I don't believe that anyone who wins that among will not get a knock at the door with a big and balloons so please it's got to be a big fat lie.
I received a letter from Reppaport, Hiltner & Crenshaw, telling me I won 3,000,900,000 dollars and to sent 20 dollars to receive the check. I should have checked if they were a scam, I didn't~~~Clara Garcia
I had sent these same people a processing fee of $20.00 before by a money order because they stated that I had won $3,900,000.00. And I never had gotten a check from them in that amount which they had stated they would sent to me after I had send the money. Now I getting another letter stating to send the same amount of $20.00 an appointed fee & they will send me a check for $3,900,000.00. I really thought that I had won this money that why I had sent the fee. Now only to look on line & to see other complaining the same way as scamming them as well. I am furious & mad ppl like. RAPPAPORT , HILTNER & CRENSHAW will try taking money to get rich off other ppl hard earn money.
This company has been scamming my grandmother for months now. They send her multiple letters with different kinds of envelopes and certificates saying that she has won a cash award. We finally had to just move her mailing address to our home to keep her from sending them money. These people are scammers who prey on the vulnerable and should be ashamed of themselves. Please don't give them any of your hard earned cash.
I received today a letter stating I won $3,900,000.00 from Rappaport, Hiltner and Crenshaw. The letter asks for $20.00 to to be sent to the above mentioned address, I suppose, for processing. They call it an appointed fee, but no other reason why I should send them $20. The letter says I must respond by 9/25/15.
I was given in the letter a personal ID #10267309621 and a copy of the official check. It all looks so legitimate.
I felt it was fraud from the moment I opened the envelope and read the letter and saw they were asking for money.
I looked up the name on Google of Rappaport etc. and found it is fraud and its been going on for a long time. Why? How can they keep doing this if its known on the internet as fraud. Why haven't they been caught?
Rappaport, Hiltner & Crenshaw Reviews
Today, October 22, 2015, I received a letter from Rappaport, Hiltner & Crenshaw, claiming that I am a guaranteed winner
of a check in the amount of $3,900,000.00. A replica, supposedly of the actual check, complete with my name on it, and
signed by Ryan Wheeler, or so it seems. They requested that I sign and date the documents and return it in just a few
days, along with a check, moneyorder or cash. Failure to comply will invalidate my winnings. I just don't buy it, and
looked the firm up on the internet. I was not surprised to discover that others have complained about this same
attempt to deceive many. I am entering this report in the hope that your advocacy group can do something about this.
I am very appreciative. They wanted. $20.
This company abused my trust. i really believed the letters they sent. they should be held responsible and reimburse all my money to me.
