Rapid Restore USA (Drew Pursley) and his partner-in-crime (working under Nation Wide Public Adjusters) Steve Chastain, took advantage of my special needs brother and elderly father (who was undergoing cancer treatment at the time) for some remediation work. They ripped out the entire kitchen, installed a utility sink, cashed insurance checks AND conned my father out of additional funds, then stopped working. They left the kitchen undone (except for the lone sink in the middle of a wall), took our money, and won't return phone calls or correspondence. Their "business address" is a PO Box. It's been over a year. We're currently pursuing legal action. It looks like Drew and his cohort Steve Chastain, frequently change their business name and address due to complaints. If you're unfortunate enough to need remediation services, do not use these soulless, unethical people.
This company is, in my opinion, a total fraud. They work in tandem with another scammer named Steve Chastain, who claims to be a public adjuster, from Nation Wide Public Adjusters. They charged an outrageous amount of money to begin remediation, ripped out my brother's kitchen (leaving only a utility sink), conned my father out of financial advances, took insurance money, and have left the job uncompleted.
They will not return money rightfully due us, and will not return calls or correspondence. It's been a year. Their "address" is a post office box. As far as I can tell, they frequently change company names, so if you are unfortunate enough to need remediation services, do not use any company associated with Drew Pursley or Steve Chastain.

This company was hired to repair and restore my property from damage done by a wind storm. I was contacted by rep. James Mitchell, who assisted me in filing my insurance claim. This individual chainsawed a huge tree off of my wood privacy fence and left the tree and stump, he said he would remove.
Also, other work was not done after they were paid. After weeks and months, I contacted office, now no response.
