I am a victim of a serious case of contractor fraud by pamela j brown jr of rapid restoration recovery on 943 clint moore rd.
I called pamela and rrr on july 12th bc i had water damage from the night before. She sounded sincere and said she would be at my house that day around noon as i will provide in a text thread we started that day.
Later that day on july 12th, after pamela no showed and didnt call to say she wouldnt be able to make the appoinment, some other guy texted out of the blue named enrique "the supervisor|".
Now he texts me and says they will be at my house on monday july 17th and that other jobs came up and they wont be able to get to me on the 12th.
This was very disappointing since i had water damage and needed immediate help.

my first correspondence with this sham company is when i had water damage on july 11th that needed immediate attention and Pamela Jean BROWN JR the first woman with the JR name i ever heard of tells me in a text message she will be at my house at july 12th at 12 or 1 pm and than no shows and doesnt call or contact me to tell me so i wasted my day staying at the house for no reaSON.
