I bought this item through Tophatter.com thinking it was a one time buy! Now my credit card statement says I am paying dearly for a product I do not want! How do get this cancelled??
I received an e-mail from amazon prime saying thanks for being a great customer and please pick from the list of products and only pay shipping of $4.95. There was no information saying this is a 14 day trial and nothing in the box when the product arrived. Then my credit card was bill for 129.95 and 99.95 so i called 877-758-7250 the number for eye cream company and they told me about the 14 day trial which i said i had no idea as they was nothing in the first e-mail or the box. The man was very rude and hung up on me.
Every time I open an email or answer the phone it's some new scam. My advice when ordering from a company for the first time use a prepaid credit card with a very low limit, so that doesn't happen again. Or just start of by asking if your prepaid credit card is fine?, Theyll probably hang up on you. That's when you know it's a scam
