The Rapid Ageless Co. used Joanna Gaines' name in their advertisement that came up on Facebook, because we have confidence in her and her husband, we purchased their Rapid Ageless Serum. We found out later that she was not connected to this company.
Not realizing their 14 day trial period,they charged us the full price of $89 and then sent us another order a month later.
My issue is mainly with the fact that they used Gaines' name in the ad. When I called them, they denied it and said that her name is not used on their web site. I don't understand how they can put out an ad on Facebook with her in it, but it worked and I purchased their product.
