I was put in contact with randy Ceo of his own company) via a mutual friend. I was told he pays within 2 weeks after the job performed is complete. Thats all i needed to hear. So no contract was signed no payment up front. Thats where i screwed up. Hers my stoty.
I went and did a job for this guy in daytona beach in july 2017. As of this date Oct. 2018) he has yet to pay me. The first few months i would reach out to him because he never would call me, only to be told i will get paid when daytona pays him. So several months later still no pay. So one day i call this guy asking if daytona paid him. To my surprise he said yes they paid. So i ask why did i not get paid? This is a couple of his replies.
"tom you will receive your money. Our inbound is so d**n slow. This was copied and pasted from an emil i received 5/12/18). Heres another reply from him when i mentioned i wish i would have googled him before i agreed to the job. He ha a yscam dated 2012. I took a screenshot of this report and sent it to him. "randy seidel global inserting systems and other associated businesses does not pay salary money earned. Pays erratically but owes thousands of dollars to many former employees in texas and pennsylvania. Easton, pennsylvania." his reply to that.
"tom i have paid everyone including those ingrates that posted that s**t. You will get paid" Email i received 5/12/18 also). So i've been thinking about doing this report for sometime now but have been holdingoff in hopes some checks start rolling in but noyhing showed. Well ok this guy did send me a check dated 5/19/18 for $1000.00. Thats 10 months after job complete. But that covered my out of pocket expenses. 7 day car rental which he reserved for me, meal per deim, baggage fees, milage rate from home to airport, airport to home, and hotel resort fee. He tried to get me to book a hotel and pay for it and he would reimburse me. I told him i'm not familiar with the area so he said he will set us up in a hotel on the beach and go ahead and pay for it. My wife went also). Let me tell you he put us indump.Yeah it was on the beach but the only view we had was alot of white trash in a parking lot saving parking spots with construction cones, big cockroaches crawling all over the room and the people nextdoor trying to get in our room through the connecting room door. Not going to name it but i was not in daytona beach but rather ormond beach.
So another month goes by after the $1000.00 with no contact from this guy and no response from my email asking if were done or more money's on the way? He finally responds.
"good afternoon tom. Should have another this week. And then another within 3 weeks." This was received 6/16/18)
Then another 3 months later of this guy not answering my calls and no money he sends this.
"good afternoon tom. I have not forgot about you. Really struggling on getting money in on projects. I will update you at the end of the week. Thank you." randy seidel. President/ceo. Received 9/24/18).
Have not heard a word from this guy since. He dont answr my calls, emails, text.
And lastly i was told last week this guy was diong a job somewhere recently. He posted an ad on craigslist for help. Did not pay the guy the $250.)) owed him. I was told the guy threatened to do bodily harm to randy and others at the business. Made them both leave. Randy was told not to come back unless he hired security. Lol if true but like i say just hearsay. But it would not surprise me if this is true. Thats all i have to say. Just be warned. This guy is
