He claims that he is the beneficiary of a trust that was set up by his father and that he can use the trust for certain purposes like paying bills, but he cannot get cash from the trust.
He claims that the money is from some oil and gas well land lease that his father owns in Texas. He even has a statement showing his name on the account with approx. $500,000 balance.
His deal is that he will pay your bills and/or your credit card balance for you and then you give him 40% of the payment on the back-end. That way, you get your bills paid and he gets a way to extract cash from his account.
He makes the payment and you see it credited to your card - or bill - and you pay him right away. The problem is, the account he is making the payments from is
