I hired a divorce attorney who was recommended to me without researching first because I wanted a speedy out of the way divorce. Right off the bat he wanted 1800 dollars and that was when we simply went over what I wanted and what my wife wanted. He filed for the divorce but waited a week to file the vpo to keep my wife off my property where I ran my business. In the end she dodged the vpo in another state and by the time she got here within a day she had broken into my password protected computer crashing my business mirroring my cell my laptop and other devices and those, even my attorneys, around me devices. She managed to steal almost 25000 dollars of loan money and it all could have been avoided had he done his job. At my first court appearance his secretary neglected to tell me when it was and I missed it and the second one I was 45 min late cause he wrote the wrong time down. At the hearing he asked for another 1000 and informed me only then after his representing me for three weeks that a 15 min conversation or 1 text message was 300 and that I had almost gone over the money I had given him. During all this, and he was told day by day, my wife continued to bankrupt my business and keep me off my own property which she had taken over and not once after pleaing with him did he file an injuction to have her stopped or to allow me back on to my property to get my work to safe place. The last time I even spoke to him well actually his secretary cause he never called me back informed me he was busy in court the day of my vpo hearing which had to be continued as of right I'm out of funds and credit and have no representation.its my opinion I was incredibly badly represented and cheated out of the little money I had left. Also upon hearing my wife was mirroring and reading my emails and texts he informed me never to contact him by cell phone again which made me wonder what he had to hide. Jerry Okc Oklahoma
