Never ever rent or live with Randall Allardice. He will steal from you repeatedly and lie about it. He will also trash your property leaving costly damage behind. This guy is 30 yrs old, and even has his parents pay his rent while he spends his time gaming or with his fleshlight. When you finally resolve the living situation getting this scummy creature out of your house, you will be left with a trashed property, covered in mould, and leftover belongings Randall saw fit to leave at the property.
Randall and both of his parents (who fight his battles for him, pay his rent, and coddle him) have made it clear they have no intention of rectifying this situation or even paying his share of bond that we had to cover initially, just to get the damage he has caused fixed.
