I placed an order on 11/10/17, as of today 12/6/17, it has still not been shipped I have since Saturday 12/2/17, asked 5 times for them to cancel the order, refund my money and provide a telephone number where they can be contacted they have refused saying the order 'is being processed’ my only alternative is to refuse the delivery. This is unacceptable for an order that after almost a month has yet to be shipped. They refuse to provide a telephone number. I intend to contact my credit card company to have them do a chargeback and I will be advertising every day on FACEBOOK where they spend lots of money promoting themselves telling people of their scam. I only wish I had seen the many reviews posted all over the internet about this company before I placed my order, lesson learned!

Rama Deals are rip off artists. I ordered a retro Nintento video game off one of there fancy Facebook ads on November 24th. Never recieved anything. Then they had the nerve to send me an email on Dec 11th saying I can now track my package with this link and that it's "on the way" Turns out there is no tracking number! It is now exactly 1 month later and it is infact you guessed it Christmas Eve. So I will let my family member know that I don't have there gift and oh I got ripped off and scammed trying to get it for you. Stay far away from these guys!
You see these anit-snoring devices that are placed in your nose. What a RipOff. These come from China and cost about $.50 to make. Rama Deals goes by various names so you don't know who you are dealing with. This device cones in a box with the the title "Air Purifier" and only last about 6 or 8 months. It has no manufacturer date or expiration date on the box. When you try to return the iem (and you will return it) they require you to pay for the shipping and deduct their shipping from the credit you receive. This company is a RipOff

This company sells cheap items imported from COMMUNIST CHINA, and if there is a problem with them, they want you to send it back to CHINA for a refund.

I bought a purse that was advertised as a canvas leather bag. In the picture it looked like a soft suede. The blue color was stunning. What I received was a dull blue canvas bag with a thin leather strap.
While they advertise "zero risk", they refused to refund the shipping. In total, I ended up spending over half the cost of the bag returning it! While their policy does state that they don't refund shipping costs, in this case they completely misrepresented the product, and therefore I demanded a full refund - including the shipping. They refused.
Their website states a "risk-free ironclad 45 day guarantee" "Risk-free"? Not so! They also guarantee "Zero Risk". Zero means zero! Stand clear of this business. The sales go through as "ashleyjewelscom" so I would suggest staying clear of that company as well. It appears they are one and the same.
Ordered a camera scope from this company, when trying to download the software a warning from my Avast comes up software contains virus and malware. When looking at the instructions that came with the scope it says that a warning will come up but to just ignore it and download anyway ! DON'T DO IT.
